Cardiff University Research Study
Monday 8th April 2019
We, the research team at Cardiff University, are pleased to launch our second study investigating the psychological impact of HG.
We are hoping to assess the impact that HG has presently on well-being and to also follow women over a six-month period, to improve understanding of any long-term effects.
Our aim is to better understand how HG can affect psychological well-being and to bring attention to this under-researched area. We hope that the findings of this study will improve support for women who have had HG.
You are invited to take part in this study if you are aged over 18 years and have experienced symptoms of HG within the past year or if you are currently experiencing symptoms. The study is survey based, with subsequent surveys being emailed to those who register in 3- and 6-months’ time.
