Getting together for Pregnancy Sickness Support

With International Hyperemesis Awareness Day on 15 May 2014 we launched our first ever Big Brew - Getting together for Pregnancy Sickness Support and numerous events have been held around the country since then.

This year we are again inviting you to hold your own Big Brew event to help raise money for the charity. It could be a coffee morning, a tea party or even a lunch - it’s up to you. And it can be as big or small as you like.

The vital support that Pregnancy Sickness Support provides to sufferers through its helpline, online forum and volunteer supporter network would not be possible without fundraising events such as this. Isolation, which can lead to depression, is a particular problem of HG. By getting together with friends, family, workmates and neighbours and holding a Big Brew event you will help the charity to continue supporting women who are struggling to cope with their illness.

The Big Brew is a fun and easy way to raise money for the charity whilst getting together with the people around you. So, put the kettle on, make a cuppa and get together for a good old catch-up!

Don’t worry if you can’t hold your Big Brew event on 15th May. You can hold it at a time to suit you at any time of the year!
