The Great North Run 2026 will take place in September 2026, continuing its tradition as the world’s largest half marathon. The event, known for its vibrant atmosphere and scenic route from Newcastle to South Shields, will see thousands of runners participating to raise funds for various charities

Whether you are a pro-runner or a nervous first-timer, this iconic spring half marathon takes in beautiful and historic views running through the heart of one of the UK’s oldest and most celebrated cities, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Great Spa Town of Europe.

Take on a personal challenge throughout March to raise awareness and raise funds to tackle the perinatal trauma of HG and support sufferers across the UK.

You don’t have to take part in a particular challenge or join one of our campaigns, you can raise money for Pregnancy Sickness Support anytime you like throughout the year.
This year we are focusing on our counselling service and providing mental health support.
